Annual Dues

As of January 1, 2026, the annual dues are $250 for each Eagles Landing South lot and covers the entire 2026 calendar year. 

 

Dues are to be paid on an ANNUAL basis, and partial payments will not be accepted unless payment arrangements are approved in advance.

 

The annual dues for 2026 are to be paid by the close of business on February 11, 2026.

Dues are considered delinquent 30 days after this date, at which point a 10% late fee ($25.00) will be applied.
