Annual Dues
As of January 1, 2015 the monthly dues are $192 per year for Eagles Landing South. The Board of Directors have determined the dues will remain at $192 per year for 2021. Dues are to be paid on an ANNUAL basis, and partial payments will be returned.
Dues for 2021 are due by the close of business on February 17, 2021. Dues mailed to the address below will not be considered late with a postmark of February 17, 2021. The late fee is 10%, currently $19.20, and will be immediately applied.
