Annual Dues

As of January 1, 2025, the monthly dues are $234 per year for Eagles Landing South lots.  Dues are to be paid on an ANNUAL basis, and partial payments will not be accepted. Dues for 2025 are due by the close of business on February 12, 2025. Dues are considered delinquent 30 days after this date, at which point a 10% late fee (currently $23.40) will be applied.
